2024 South Dakota Nurses Association Annual Convention

Installation of Exhibits
• Sunday October 6, 6-8pm. Monday October7, 7-8am.
• Register on site with the SDNA registration desk upon arrival.

Exhibit Hours
• Monday October 7, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. 
Subletting or dividing exhibit space is not allowed except by permission of the SDNA. Distribution of materials and displays must be limited to the booth space purchased.

Removal of Exhibits
• Monday October 7, any time after 12:00 pm.
• Removal must be completed by 1:00 pm unless advance arrangements have been made.

Booth Specifications
• 1 complimentary 6’ skirted table and two chairs. 
• Extension cords, power strips, etc. may be required and will be the exhibitor’s responsibility. 
• Access to electricity is available. Higher voltages will require special handling. Such advance arrangements and special charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor and
are at the expense of the exhibitor.

Booth Cancellation
• Prior to September 16, 2024 a refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. 
• No refunds will be made after September 16, 2024.

Hold Harmless Clause
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the South Dakota Nurses Association (SDNA) and its management company as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. 
 
SDNA will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or claims arising out of exhibitors activities on the hotel's premises except for any claims, loss, or damage arising directly from the SDNA’s own negligence. 
 
Due to the layout of the hotel, storage space is not available for display materials and/or show merchandise. At the conclusion of the set-up operation, all related equipment, crates, trash, etc. must be removed from the premise.

Must be an incorporated non-profit or government agency for this ticket.
